Library of Things
What is a Library of Things?
The Library of Things is a special collection of uncommon items a library can provide beyond books and media. At the Bellevue Public Library we envision our patrons utilizing these items to provide the exploration of new hobbies, experiences, and adventures. More so than the traditional library!
- The Library of Things is available to Bellevue Public Library adult cardholders only.
- Youth Library of Things items can be checked out on any card.
- One kit/item per library card.
- Items have a 3 week checkout period and DO NOT renew.
- All components of the kits must be returned at the same time.
- Fines for unreturned items are $5/Day to a MAX of $30 (LoT items are not fine free)
All items are available on a first-come-first-serve basis. You can check available items by calling the Library at 419-483-4769 or in person.

There are also Library of Things items in the Youth Department. Some of these items include; various toys, games, outside activities and our newest addition, Tonies!
