Applying for a library card is easy! 

• To apply, you must have a valid photo ID (driver's license/State ID), and proof of address, if the address on the ID is not the current one.  A library card may be given without the proof of address, but it will be temporary status until the address is verified. 
• For minors, a parent or legal guardian must provide the information above, together with any legal guardianship paperwork if applicable.

What a library card gives you: 

• FREE access to all library resources; books, videos, audios, digital resources, digital media, AND MORE!
• Access to materials from almost fifty libraries within the state 
• Up to 50 item checkouts
• Up to 50 item holds 
• Fine free on all Bellevue Public Library items, excluding hotspots and library of things collection

Not able to come into the library? No problem, sign up for a digital library card! Digital cards only require a mobile phone number and give you access to all digital resources.
